Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / MBA in Apparel Merchandising from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) / BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT).
∎ Skills Required: Sourcing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
accessories sourcing, Fabric Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing / costing / order placement / T&A follow up / execution of orders .
∎ Handling and planning overall merchandising process of Knit Garments order.
∎ Product development, consumption, costing & procurement of all kinds of Knitwear.
∎ sourcing 100% polyester knit /Woven fabric from relevant area.
∎ Skilled enough to handle from order execution to order implementation till shipment.
∎ Ensure the supply chain of fabric & Accessories.
∎ Monitor the quantity and quality of the collected raw materials.
∎ Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet.
∎ Make sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics get in house before bulk production starts.
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics and Trims, etc
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customer's quality.
