Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects with Account Sales Specialists.
∎ Strategize with Account Sales Specialists to drive sales of Solutions offerings.
∎ Draft and deliver targeted PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Clearly articulate features and differentiate Solutions product offerings to audiences ranging from CO's to engineers to convince about Solutions with technological superiority.
∎ Develop relationships with prospects, customers and sales teams.
∎ Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members.
∎ Improve customer's business workflow by use of business software offerings.
∎ Field incoming service requests from end users via telephone, email, or customer ticket submission in a courteous manner.
∎ Install, design, and configure highly customizable software to meet customer's specifications.
∎ Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, company, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
∎ Build rapport and elicit problem details from customers.
∎ Prioritize incoming technical issues. Escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate technician or vendor.
∎ Record, track and document the customer service request problem solving process through to final solutions, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken
∎ Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
∎ Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
∎ Perform preventative maintenance on workstations including checking and cleaning of unnecessary printers, software, and peripherals.
∎ Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
∎ Perform post-resolution follow-ups of help requests tickets.
∎ Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
∎ Ability to work occasionally during evening and weekends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Salesforce work experience or (certified) extra advantage
∎ Helping businesses/clients succeed!
∎ Strong grasp of essentials e.g. products, opportunities, leads, reporting, security/sharing, automation (workflow rules, process builder), and importing data (typically from spreadsheets)
∎ Prior consulting experience is preferred; 2-3 years of experience
∎ Strong presentation and communication skills
∎ Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Must maintain professional knowledge of and relationships
∎ Ability to work autonomously
