Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in computer science/ engineering from any reputed university or Science Graduate with practical experience in any MNC for IT support.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
∎ Understanding and working with windows Server / configuration of Windows server
∎ Communication with Head IT team (foreign expatriate) to do run set up in BD office.
∎ Follow up with IT installment & set up.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation;
∎ Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
∎ Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Fluent in Both English & Bangla
∎ Very strong English writing skill.
∎ Must be hardworking and energetic
∎ Good customer orientation and able to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
