Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Hons in Computer Science and Engineering or Similar Discipline, MBA in Management or Professional Certification in Project Management is Preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with sales force consultants, technical teams and functional analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget with high quality deliverables.
∎ Communicate efficiently with clients regarding the project progress, technology and functionality to ensure satisfaction targets are achieved.
∎ Forecast project resource needs, onboard, train and develop new team members.
∎ Plan, manage and communicate with the progress of the project, achieving milestones and maintaining the momentum of the project.
∎ Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.
∎ Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success.
∎ Support various clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives including client satisfaction and implementation of profitability.
∎ Maintain awareness of technical trends and issues in the area of cloud-based Salesforce products and apply that knowledge to client issues and solutions
∎ Work with partners who may be part of a larger Salesforce consulting team to integrate with the management approach overall.
∎ Train lower-level staff on various aspects of project management and delegate work based on availability and experience.
∎ Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks.
∎ Assist in the transition of the customer from implementation of delivery and support.
