Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with key business stakeholders to understand the strategy, process, business rules, and systems represented in articulating business architecture as-is, transitional states, and to-be states through diagrams, documentation, and extensive leadership in meetings and consultations.
∎ Perform requirements gathering and develop requirement documentation, business process flow diagrams and workflows, implementation plans and identification of change adoption needs
∎ Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and system requirements that meet business requirements.
∎ Experience responding to RFI/REP documents with the ability to analyze and communicate recommendations.
∎ Design and optimize business and functional processes via technology & integration.
∎ Strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers.
∎ Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
∎ Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution.
∎ Has hands-on experience in several mid-size, global implementations using Salesforce solutions such as sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Platform.
∎ Demonstrated command of the SDLC methodology is required.
∎ Proactively reviews the current landscape for more business opportunities.
∎ Adhere to, and be an ambassador for Telcowin's strategy, project management, and change management methodology.
∎ Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during project delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Salesforce work experience or (certified) extra advantage
∎ Experience using Salesforce to develop client or business solutions
∎ Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
∎ Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
∎ Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
∎ Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
∎ Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
∎ Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
