Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC/MSC in Computer Science/Applied Physics/EEE/ICE/ETE or Related discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
∎ Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
∎ Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
∎ Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration.
∎ Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
∎ Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
∎ Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
∎ Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
∎ Ensure all issues are properly logged.
∎ Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
∎ Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports.
∎ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
∎ Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
∎ Ability to create test cases from the requirement.
∎ Ability to perform functional/nonfunctional testing in solutions.
∎ Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments.
∎ Experience with website development, HTML, and SQL is a must.
∎ Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
∎ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
∎ Familiarity with software for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing, and file transfer between computers. (e.g. TeamViewer, Ammyy, AnyDesk, etc.)
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
∎ Excellent presentation & analytical skill.
∎ Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of self-motivation & Punctual.
∎ Can do attitude who can take the challenge.
∎ Smart & Pleasant personality.
∎ Able to take a decision in a complex situation while ensuring compliant workflow of the respective department.
∎ Must have a creative approach to solving problems.
∎ Energetic, Dedicated, well-organized, can work independently and team environment.
∎ Having the knowledge to work for Garments Industries, Owner’s associations, and the Government sector will be an added advantage.
