• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates who can demonstrate strong practical skills and portfolio.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong understanding of manual testing concepts 
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes  
• Experience with API testing (Postman)  
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Attention to detail and structured thinking
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) 
• Basic understanding of programming concepts  
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience

Job Context:

VERSATILO Group is seeking a competent and reliable Software Quality Assurance Engineer for its ambitious tech startup to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The role involves manual testing, test case design, bug tracking, and supporting quality processes across the development lifecycle. 

This position is suited for a methodical and responsible individual who can systematically identify issues, ensure product stability, and collaborate effectively with development teams. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel (PHP framework) 
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js  
• Experience with React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications is a strong advantage
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs  
• Support backend services using Node.js where required  
• Implement basic real-time features using WebSockets / Socket.io  
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security  
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and system issues  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, operations)  
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and version-controlled code  
• Follow defined development workflows and deployment processes
