Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates who can demonstrate strong practical skills and portfolio.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong understanding of PHP and Laravel  
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)  
• Hands-on experience with React.js  
• Basic working knowledge of Node.js  
• Understanding of REST API development and integration  
• Familiarity with MySQL or relational databases  
• Experience with Git version control 
• Understanding of Socket.io / WebSockets (basic)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience

Job Context:

VERSATILO Group is seeking a competent and reliable Full Stack Developer for its ambitious tech startup with strong working knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and modern frontend technologies such as React.js. The ideal candidate should be capable of building and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications, with basic exposure to Node.js and real-time communication technologies using WebSocket’s/Socket.io.

This role is designed for a practical, execution-focused developer who can work independently on assigned modules while collaborating effectively within a structured team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel (PHP framework) 
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js  
• Experience with React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications is a strong advantage
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs  
• Support backend services using Node.js where required  
• Implement basic real-time features using WebSocket’s / Socket.io  
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security  
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and system issues  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, operations)  
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and version-controlled code  
• Follow defined development workflows and deployment processes
