Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc or M. Sc in Computer Science and Engineering/relevant subject from any reputed university
∎ Certification in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To play role as a senior Software QA Engineer and Tester.
∎ Develop and apply testing processes for existing and upcoming products to meet client needs.
∎ Will responsible for both manual and automation testing.
∎ Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
∎ Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
∎ Keep record and documentation of results and compare to expected results.
∎ Detect software bugs, issues so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
∎ Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
∎ Suggest necessary tools to improve efficiency and quality.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
∎ Continuous clear communication with support and developer teams.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
∎ Hands-on experience on Selenium Testing.
∎ Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
∎ Hands-on experience with testing on multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices.
∎ Experience in Agile/Scrum is plus.
∎ Experience in Jira is plus.
∎ Basic Understanding of basic Java OOP.
∎ Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS.
∎ Must be dedicated and work as a tram player.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Probation period: Six months.After successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After confirmation as a permanent staff, she/he will be entitled for three festival bonuses, welfare facilities and other benefits as per organization policy.
