Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze Project requirement and ensure that features are meeting requirement specifications and designs
∎ Develop and execute manual & automation plans covering complex functions and integrated environments.
∎ Develop Manual and automated test framework, automation scripts, and automated test cases contributing to smoke, regression, smoke, sanity, and system test suites with object-oriented design principles.
∎ Accountable for ensuring test coverage and mapping of requirements to tests
∎ Ensure tests are self-contained, well documented, maintainable, and reusable
∎ Participate in test data analysis and create test data for multiple or complex projects
∎ Design, Develop and Integrate automated test scripts and results with Test Case Management and Defect Management software to provide accurate test metrics and test management data.
∎ Knowledge of integrating automated test software with test management and defect management applications.
∎ Experience on multiple platforms like Web and Mobile (Android, iOS).
∎ Performance and security testing basic knowledge is a mandatory.
∎ Should have previous experiences in SCRUM-based Agile team.
∎ Understanding for testing of web standards and responsive design techniques.
∎ Strong understanding of the integration between different systems.
∎ Possess a team environment work ethic.
∎ Has to work on multiple projects.
∎ Has to attend meetings with the client if required.
∎ Advanced knowledge of JIRA is required
∎ Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
∎ Prepare training manual for Client and provide online training
∎ Strong ability to lead a team
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deliver the tasks.
∎ Manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time and consistently able to meet the deadlines and commitments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Update Jira regularly
∎ Ability to think out of the box, problem-solving skills.
∎ Work under Pressure, Passion for learning and growth.
∎ Required to communicate effectively with the development team.
∎ Ability to work in both a formal SDLC environment, as well as an Agile environment.
∎ Working Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, etc
∎ Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently while preserving accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Knowledge of Agile and experience working in an Agile environment
∎ Knowledge with testing Cloud-based services and applications
∎ ISTQB certification is a plus
