Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a hands-on LinkedIn Growth & Automation Specialist to build and manage a signal-driven outbound and content engine for a B2B AI SaaS platform.

You will operate and optimize:

  • PhantomBuster – LinkedIn scraping, connection automation, competitor monitoring

  • LinkedIn Helper – Sequenced outreach (connect → message → follow-up), engagement automation

  • Village – Warm intro mapping for high-value consultative leads

  • Gojiberry – Signal-based prospect capture and prioritization

  • Google Sheets – Lightweight CRM and performance tracking

  • Heygen – AI videos, personalized outreach videos, podcast-style content clips

Role Type:

Remote | 20–40 hrs/week | Long-term preferred

This is not a generic social media role. It is a growth execution position combining LinkedIn automation, signal-based prospecting, and AI-driven video outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Automate LinkedIn connection and follow-up workflows

  • Build engagement bots (likes, comments, profile visits)

  • Monitor competitors and extract engaged prospects

  • Capture signal-based leads and route into outreach flows

  • Identify and execute warm intro opportunities

  • Maintain CRM in Google Sheets

  • Produce and coordinate AI-generated videos (Heygen) for:

    • Personalized prospect outreach

    • Short podcast clips

    • Authority-building LinkedIn content

  • Track and improve:

    • Acceptance rates

    • Reply rates

    • Meeting conversion
