Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years experience in SaaS customer success, digital marketing, or growth operations

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools

  • Strong B2B prospecting and ICP targeting ability

  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools

  • Strong written and verbal English

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (Churn, MRR, ARR, LTV)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Helper, or similar tools

  • Experience using AI video tools (Heygen or similar)

  • Familiarity with property management or workflow automation SaaS

  • Exposure to AI-driven platforms

We are hiring a Growth & Customer Success Executive to manage outbound growth automation, digital engagement, AI-driven content, and SaaS client success in one integrated role.

This position bridges Customer Success, Growth Automation, Marketing, and Sales.

Role Overview

This role has two major pillars:

  1. Growth & LinkedIn Automation Engine

  2. Customer Success & Client Engagement

You will manage signal-based outbound, warm intro mapping, LinkedIn automation, AI video outreach, email marketing, and SaaS customer engagement.


Core Responsibilities:

1. LinkedIn Growth & Automation

Manage and operate:

  • PhantomBuster (scraping, competitor monitoring, connection automation)

  • LinkedIn Helper (connect → message → follow-ups, engagement workflows)

  • Village (warm intro mapping for high-value consultative leads)

  • Gojiberry (signal-based prospect capture)

  • Google Sheets CRM (lead tracking and pipeline)

  • Heygen (AI videos for outreach and authority building)

Responsibilities include:

  • Build automated LinkedIn connection campaigns

  • Run engagement automation (likes, comments, profile visits)

  • Monitor competitor activity and extract engaged prospects

  • Capture signal-based leads and route into outreach workflows

  • Identify and execute warm intro opportunities

  • Produce AI-generated personalized videos and podcast-style clips

  • Track and optimize:

    • Connection acceptance rate

    • Reply rate

    • Meeting conversion

    • Lead pipeline growth

2. Customer Success (SaaS Focused)

  • Act as primary contact for assigned clients

  • Manage onboarding and product adoption

  • Conduct feature utilization follow-ups

  • Track customer health scores

  • Coordinate with Product & Engineering for issue resolution

  • Reduce churn and improve retention

  • Collect testimonials and case studies

3. LinkedIn & Digital Engagement

  • Manage company LinkedIn presence

  • Publish SaaS-focused thought leadership

  • Coordinate AI-generated podcast/video content

  • Engage with property tech and AI communities

  • Monitor and optimize engagement metrics

4. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Execute onboarding and product update campaigns

  • Segment customers by lifecycle stage

  • Track open rates, CTR, and conversions

  • Support marketing automation workflows

  • Nurture MQLs into qualified opportunities

5. Sales & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Schedule demos and follow-ups

  • Support proposal follow-ups

  • Coordinate UAT and deployment communications

  • Align product releases with marketing communication

  • Assist in converting MQLs into clients

KPIs

  • Customer retention rate

  • Feature adoption rate

  • LinkedIn engagement growth

  • Connection acceptance & reply rates

  • Meetings booked

  • Lead-to-client conversion rate
