Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 27 years
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect lifecycle
Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
Strong knowledge of API testing
Basic SQL understanding (plus point)
Awareness of Agile/Scrum practices
ISTQB or other software testing certifications are a plus
Must be proactive, responsible, analytical, and detail-focused
Ability to work in partial overlap with EST time zone when required
Responsibilities & Context:
Codemen Solutions Limited is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 1–2 years of real-world experience in testing modern web applications.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional product and QA teams to deliver high-quality software for both local and international clients. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building quality digital experiences—this opportunity is for you!

- You cannot follow structured QA processes or documentation
- You cannot work in partial overlap with EST hours when required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
- Review requirements and create test plans, test cases, and checklists
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX, and compatibility testing
- Identify, log, and track defects using Jira or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and validate issues
- Participate in sprint planning and support Agile development cycles
- Prepare test summary reports, release notes, and support UAT processes
- Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards
- Maintain organized test documentation for internal and client use
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for timely delivery
