Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is the leadership position over the software engineering and product management functions of the company. The Technical lead will also play a mentorship role to key ad technology personnel, ensuring the continuous growth in their professional skills, and assisting in the execution of their duties upon request.
∎ The Technical lead will play a lead strategic role where he/she will lead the development and approval of ad tools, platforms, and process strategies along with the management.
∎ The Technical lead will play an analytical role where he/she will leverage data and metrics in order to establish and manage aggressive ad technology campaigns for the business. He/She also evaluates new advertising technologies, market trends, business environments, and the performance of the existing projects.
∎ The Technical lead has to have the ability to troubleshoot and analyze the business’s projects issues, determine the root cause and avail actionable solutions. He/She will be responsible for driving product development and the achievement of sales & marketing department sales targets through data analysis.
∎ The Technical lead will keep up with current industry trends and events and is proactive in ensuring effective ad campaign performance through the implementation of the latest best practices. This in turn gives the business a competitive edge and ensures that it stays ahead of its competition in the market. The Technical lead will conduct regular and consistent research and maintain sound technical knowledge of ad and web operations, and the digital/online and broadcast advertising environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Leadership and team management experience is required.
∎ Able to lead new product development and product management roadmap.
∎ Great in data analytics: SQL server, MySQL, Python and other relevant tools. The Tools we use: .NET core, Python, Laravel, SQL, MongoDB, AWS, Java, Angular/JS
∎ Hands-on experience managing service in AWS.
