Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a comprehensive project roadmap, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
∎ Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and establish clear team responsibilities.
∎ Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and product managers to align on project goals.
∎ Facilitate team communication and resolve conflicts to maintain workflow efficiency.
∎ Organize and lead regular meetings, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
∎ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
∎ Address bottlenecks and roadblocks by proactively working with stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the project stays within scope, budget, and agreed-upon timelines.
∎ Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline development cycles.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement through iterative development and feedback loops.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the development team.
∎ Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change management plans.
∎ Translate technical challenges into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
