• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, Slack

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Willingness to work in overlapping hours with the EST time zone when required

Codemen Solutions Limited is seeking a highly motivated Software Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of professional experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with international clients (especially Canadian and North American). The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and trained in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management frameworks.

• You do not have at least 2–3 years of hands-on project coordination experience in a software or IT environment

• You are not confident in English communication (both verbal and written), especially for handling foreign clients

• You cannot work in partially overlapping hours with the EST time zone when required

• You are not familiar with basic project management tools (MS project, Jira, Slack, Wireframe tool, MS office)

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in end-to-end project coordination

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation (MoM, task lists, project plans, SOW, user stories, etc.)

• Maintain and update tasks in Jira or other project management tools

• Track project progress and follow up with team members

• Schedule and document client and internal meetings

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task organization

• Conduct initial business analysis to clarify client requirements

• Prepare weekly status updates and coordinate with relevant stakeholders

• Ensure timelines, quality, and scope are properly monitored and escalated when needed
