∎ Bachelor's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and code with the cutting edge GO language to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Real-Ezy's range of services
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements, priorities builds and add those into the technical roadmap
∎ Account for the delivery of technical roadmap items on time
∎ Advance engineering standards, tooling, and processes
∎ Identify technical gaps in product delivery & build improvements to the technology stack by assisting in planning the technical roadmap
∎ Drive infrastructure improvements via Google cloud solutions that scale us from zero monthly transactions to thousands of monthly transactions
∎ Develop APIs and database structures where required

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in developing, designing, and deploying web and mobile applications
∎ Experience in any of the following: Golang or Java
∎ Experience with relational and NoSQL database schema design, load balancers and query optimization eg. Elastic search data stores
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiarity with unit, integration, and E2E test frameworks
∎ Exposure to micro services architectural patterns, such as well-designed REST APIs, circuit breakers, high volume data pipelines
∎ Familiarity with Scrum development methodologies
∎ Ability to break down complex product requirements into well-groomed user stories
∎ Thrive on being independent and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
