We’re seeking a qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, well disciplined, hard working and passionate about implementing and supporting cutting-edge software solutions as an Engineer in Software Implementation & Support team.

• Implement and configure software applications for clients based on their requirements.

• Provide technical support to end users and troubleshooting for software-related issues.

• Investigate data discrepancies, application errors and enhancement of existing application to improve its functionality.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct user training and documentation when necessary.

• Provide ongoing technical support and post-implementation troubleshooting by analyzing the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.

• Knowledge on SQL queries, Oracle database & Oracle Apex will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of accounting systems, supply chain management system, HRM system and  business processes will be considered as additional experience.

• To have strong personality & able to take pressure to meet the deadline.Candidate to be positive & pro-active.

• Assist with planning and designing system and application architecture, and with the translation of systems requirements into application prototypes.

• Participate in agile software development lifecycle in a team environment, including participation in design, code, and test inspections to identify issues/defects.

• Act as a liaison between end users and business units to maintain reliability and operation of supported systems.
