∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Diploma or other course from Islamic Development Bank-Bangladesh Islamic Solidarity and Educational Wakf (IsDB-BISEW) is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: CodeIgniter, PHP Laravel

∎ Exp 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
PHP (Laravel)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the design and development of complex web applications using Laravel and related technologies, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
∎ Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
∎ Architect scalable and maintainable solutions, considering performance, security, and usability aspects.
∎ Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality and promote continuous improvement.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Laravel and related technologies, advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
∎ Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshooting and providing solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven track record with 2+ years of experience as a Laravel developer.
∎ Expert-level proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OOP and related web technologies.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers effectively.
∎ Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
∎ Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
∎ Familiarity with front-end frameworks like CI or WordPress is advantageous.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ A passion for continuous learning and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the software engineering field.
