Job Context:
∎ Our client is dealing business with selling and manufacturing electronics home appliances, Fridge, Television and others many products. We will recruit from similar companies manufacturing or selling same kinds of products in TSM/ASM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales Target both quantity and value
∎ Monitor & coordinate the activities of Sales Forces
∎ Monitor the activities of the Distributors & their field forces.
∎ Implement the Company Objectives in the market.
∎ Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
∎ Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list.
∎ Visit and ensure productivity of respective area
∎ Ensure merchandising at the outlets in his region
∎ Provide regular feedback to the Management.
∎ Identify and solve market related problems.
∎ Motivate the Sales Forces for achieving 100% target.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Sales administrative activities in collaboration with line management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to go anywhere in Bangladesh and have experience with electronics home appliances companies.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 70000 (Monthly)
