∎ We are looking for some passionate software engineers who are specialized in PHP/Laravel and ReactJS based application development and take pride in their work. You must possess great work ethics and self-discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
∎ Write efficient, robust, secure and reusable code, libraries & components
∎ Writing application interface codes using Blade templates as well as ReactJS
∎ Take ownership of any task/project assigned
∎ Manage project tasks, timelines and communication
∎ Collaborate with team for Full-stack application development
∎ Develop responsive, user friendly, industry-grade, secured web application
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years of experience in professional web development with strong proficiency in PHP 7/8, Database/MySQL, MongoDB /MariaDB JavaScript, CSS/SASS
∎ 2+ years of experience in Laravel framework
∎ 1+ years of experience in frontend development using React, Redux toolkit
∎ Excellent understanding in Laravel & React.js and their core principles
∎ Excellent understanding of OOP concepts & design patterns
∎ Should have good UI/UX design sense.
∎ Should be fluent in ES6, Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, Git version control, Jira
∎ Strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and good communication skills
∎ Experience in E-Commerce Development will be a plus
∎ Good knowledge about REST API, Laravel Packages, SOLID, Web/Authentication Security
∎ Experience with (Government Projects) is a PLUS.
∎ Unit Testing, Apache/Nginx Deployment, Database Administration
∎ Work in a team, or individual Developer Ninja
∎ Ability to work to a strict deadline.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
∎ 5 Working days.
