Job Context:
∎ Overview: B-JET is a Professional Training program. This exclusive Bangladesh and Japan ICT engineers training program has been launched by JICA and Bangladesh Computer Council in 2017 which is funded by JICA (Japan Government) and facilitated with the technical support of a reputed private company. The first phase of the project ended in October 2020, and JICA and Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC), a government agency of Bangladesh, handed over the B-JET project in March 2021. As a result, the second phase started in October 2021. The second phase of the program, as the successor to B-JET, will be a joint venture between North South University (NSU), University of Miyazaki (UoM), B&M, BJIT Group, and SHINKOSHUPPANSHA KEIRINKAN. Based on the MoU between UoM and NSU, program will be provided as certified program by UoM.
∎ The main objective of this training program is to develop Bangladeshi ICT engineers with skill set such as Japanese language, IT skills and Japanese business manner so that they can work with the Japanese companies in Japan or Bangladesh. If you can successfully complete this training, you may have the opportunity to get selected for your desired job in Japan.
∎ Till 8th batch 186 B-JET graduates got job offer from the Japanese company in Japan. So, more than 70% of our graduates are getting job offer from the Japanese company. If you are serious enough and have the dedication you can also get this career opportunity in Japan.
∎ This opportunity is only for genuinely willing candidates.
∎ No tuition fee, but only Teaching-Learning Materials fee and facility cost 10,000 BDT is required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly participate in the training.
∎ Trainee must have the dedication and adaptive mindset to learn Japanese language and corporate manner.
∎ Proactive attitude of learning. (e.g., turn on camera while taking the online class)
∎ Trainee will strictly maintain the below mentioned training schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ ITEE Level 2 (FE) certified candidates can participate the VIVA directly.
∎ Candidates with 2 years or more working experience in programming / software development / AI / Machine learning will get preference, fresher can also apply.
∎ Considerable knowledge in modern programming languages, good problem-solving ability, good knowledge on Object Oriented Programming and design, etc.
∎ Strong interest in learning Japanese language. Also, self-learning mindset & good communication skill in English.
∎ Internet connection with your own device (Laptop, Desktop PC, not mobile phone) for taking online training.
∎ Willingness to work in Japan.
