Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development and hands-on experience with .NET technologies.
Proficiency in working with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core, Entity Framework.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases– writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with version/source control tools like TFS, Git and platforms like Azure DevOps or similar.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to perform independent research and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and deliver work on time.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.

Job Context
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level .NET Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment but is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to research and resolve technical issues on their own. This role involves contributing to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of .NET applications, while working closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, QA and fellow developers.
This position will be part of a high-performing team working within a defined timeframe and in a cross-functional technical team, as well as providing support to customers.
Responsibilities
Participate in the full Secure software development life cycle (SSDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Programming languages
Write clean, efficient, and testable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Support UAT testing, track defects, and ensure timely resolution and promotion to production.
Create and maintain technical and user documentation for applications and integrations.
Engage with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and provide solution recommendations.
Continuously learn and enhance technical skills and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide excellent customer service through direct and indirect support to co-workers and customers.
Ability to execute test cases within each client’s test environment and support code deployments to lower environments and production; handle full life-cycle application validations.
Proactively engage product owners in design, priority setting, development of user stories, and implementation of projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation on integrations with the platform.
Handle special projects as assigned.
