Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Software Architect who will assist with the definition and planning of key long-range technology architectural roadmap goals to anticipate future business needs and maximize long-term technology investments. This position delivers innovative architectural solutions, partnering with senior leaders to establish and maintain architecture standards and solutions which align with the ADN`s strategic goals.
∎ The leader will work with product stakeholders, subject matter experts, and software engineers, to define and develop solutions that support business strategy. This position will relate the business`s mission, strategy, and processes to its IT strategy, and document this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of ADN will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively articulating how the team can realize business value through technology.
∎ Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to develop and encourage employee performance.
∎ Developing and maintaining a comprehensive technical blueprint of the team's services, creating solution options that align IT services with business missions, goals, and objectives with consideration of both technical and non-technical implications and trade-offs.
∎ Reviewing and recommending the selection of third-party software platforms.
∎ Oversee the implementation of solution architecture by producing blueprints that guide the development and implementation of business solutions across multiple projects,
∎ Developing and maintaining the technology roadmap, collaborating with business and IT partners to ensure that the roadmap creates business value with technically sound solutions and seeking out opportunities to apply technical innovations to customer needs.
∎ Monitoring the industry solution landscape to track the development of available solutions and identify opportunities for adapting the team's solution architecture.
∎ Developing applications using Java Spring/Boot and Python.
∎ Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
∎ Managing codebase and build process of all projects
∎ Managing cloud infrastructure of various projects

∎ Previous experience in designing complex technical solutions
