Infrastructure & Automation

• Implement and maintain infrastructure across Azure and hybrid environments (AWS/GCP experience is a plus).

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.

• Automate environment provisioning and configuration via Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.

• Deploy and maintain containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• Manage server administration (Linux/Windows), including VPN and firewall rules.

Monitoring & Reliability

• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor.

• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.

• Contribute to service reliability by defining uptime metrics and recovery procedures.

Security & Compliance

• Implement best practices for system security, access control, and data protection.

• Collaborate with the InfoSec team to maintain compliance with internal policies and standards (e.g., ISO 27001).

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with software, QA, and data teams to ensure stable build and deployment workflows.

• Support environment parity across dev, staging, and production.

• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and processes.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams on deployment schedules, changes, and issues.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or System Administration.

• Proven experience managing cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications.

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices deployment.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis) from an operations standpoint.

• Good understanding of system security, access management, and backup strategies.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).

• Exposure to ITIL-based operational frameworks is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise-grade environments.

• Familiarity with MLOps or serverless architecture.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills in English and Bangla.
