Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Mass Communication & Journalism
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and execute extensive social media marketing plan & strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification and editorial calendar
∎ Develop and design contents for both online & offline campaigns/contests.
∎ live telecast as per schedule & Coordinating video editing, compilation.
∎ Trailing all national and international days to generate creative reflecting the theme.
∎ Write, edit catchy content and proofread for copy writing of materials both in English & Bengali.
∎ Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
∎ Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
∎ Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
∎ Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
∎ Create and implement social media marketing plan
∎ Track and analyze analytics report to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
∎ Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
∎ Reporting on campaign analytics such as Reach, Clicks, Engagement, and Conversion etc.
∎ Excellent project management and time management skills.
∎ Relationship with influencer, Blogger, youtuber, tiktoker and public relation teams of different media will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge on copyrighting, idea generation, digital media and online contest & campaign management.
∎ Capability of handling social media contents such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter etc professionally.
∎ Creative in developing campaign ideas and strategies to win pitches from competitors.
∎ Excellent skills in written English & Bengali.
∎ Knowledge of current trends in the social media space.
∎ Knowledge of the local digital media space and content sourcing
∎ Highly driven and committed to produce top-quality campaigns that delight clients, surpassing their expectations.
∎ Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
