Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels.Plan and execute monthly social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and optimize content.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
∎ Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
∎ Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
∎ Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality visual and written content.
∎ Identify and build relationships with key influencers and partners to expand our reach.
∎ Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. text, photos, videos and news).
∎ Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
∎ Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
∎ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
∎ Expertise in management of LinkedIn & Facebook pages.
