  • Agency Experience – Previous work in a digital marketing agency will be given extra priority.

  • Leadership Ability – Proven experience in leading or managing a digital marketing team/agency.

  • Strategic Planning – Strong ability to create, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bangla, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.

  • Smart & Proactive Personality – Self-motivated, sharp-minded, and able to take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Client Management – Ability to maintain strong client relationships, handle negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Technical Knowledge – Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics tools.

  • Creative Thinking – Capable of developing innovative campaigns, unique content strategies, and engaging marketing solutions.

  • Analytical Skills – Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

  • Team Collaboration – Ability to train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve agency goals.This is a 100% office-based position; remote applicants will not be considered.

  • Before applying, ensure you are fully comfortable with the fixed weekend (Friday), office hours (9  AM to 6 PM).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for clients and the agency.

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and email marketing activities.

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of creative, content, and technical teams.

  • Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Identify market trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities.

  • Maintain strong client relationships by presenting strategies and campaign insights.

  • Contribute to building and strengthening the agency’s brand identity.

  • Lead the digital marketing department, managing and guiding the social media manager, SMM intern, graphics designer, and video editor as a cohesive team.

  • Plan, assign, and coordinate day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth execution of all digital marketing projects.

  • Oversee client communication, providing regular updates, handling feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute strategies for client growth across all digital platforms, aligning with business objectives.

  • Supervise content planning, scheduling, and publishing, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support skill development to maintain high-quality output.

  • Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and present growth insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Identify growth challenges early, propose solutions, and ensure timely execution to overcome obstacles.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to apply innovative strategies.

  • Act as the central point of accountability for the department, ensuring all client deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

  • Generate leads through Facebook Ads, online campaigns, landing pages, and inquiry forms.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert online leads into clients.

  • Run email and sms campaigns showcasing new projects, promotions, and seasonal offers.

  • Use WhatsApp Business for personalized client communication and updates.

  • Build and maintain a strong digital brand identity aligned with luxury, creativity, and trust.

  • Highlight client testimonials, case studies, and project walkthroughs.
