We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can run our multi-platform content engine.

* STRATEGIC PLANNING: Plan and schedule content across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
* CONVERSION COPYWRITING: Write scripts and captions that turn viewers into clients
* TEAM LEADERSHIP: Manage designers and editors — set priorities, review work
* PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Monitor analytics and double down on winning content
* CROSS-PLATFORM OPTIMIZATION: Adapt content for each platform's algorithm

 YOU MUST HAVE
* PROVEN GROWTH: Experience growing social accounts (show us results)
* SALES-DRIVEN MINDSET: Understand content that actually drives revenue
* AUTONOMY: Work efficiently without constant supervision
