Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Diploma in Electrical

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of lift electrical and mechanical components

• Understanding of motors, control panels, wiring, brakes, doors, and safety devices

• Ability to read basic electrical drawings and mechanical layouts

• Hands-on experience in fault detection and maintenance works

Customer & Site Management Skills:

• Ability to coordinate with clients and handle site-related issues

• Good communication and team management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work at project sites across Bangladesh

• Ability to work overtime when required

• Physically fit for site work

• Supervise lift installation, alignment, and mechanical/electrical works at site
• Coordinate daily installation and maintenance activities
• Ensure proper maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of lift systems
• Supervise technicians and ensure work quality as per specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and standard operating procedures
• Prepare daily site reports, maintenance records, and work progress updates
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and company engineers
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of lift systems
