Additional Requirements:

- Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing interior fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality interiors.
- Strong exposure to site execution, vendor management, and client coordination.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes and execution methods.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project), and basic knowledge of project planning tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Monitor daily work progress & report to the authorized person.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle site challenges independently.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for Interior Projects.
Plan, manage, and execute interior projects from design handover to final completion
Ensure timely execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, site teams, and management.
Supervise day-to-day site activities including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
Ensure proper deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment at site. Resolve site issues, clashes, and execution challenges proactively.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts for material purchases and vendor payments.
Ensure timely project completion and handover to the client.
