Job Context:
Confidence Infrastructure Limited is seeking a Site Engineer for our Dredging Project. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel and stay anywhere in Bangladesh based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage dredger operation crews (20+ members) for Cutter Suction Dredgers.

• Conduct pre-work and post-work surveys using eco sounder; maintain records in Microsoft Excel and Bangla typing.

• Ensure optimal dredging operations to achieve targeted production rates.

• Review and interpret dredging production drawings and designs at the project site.

• Handle technical and commercial queries, participate in client meetings, and report to the Operations Manager.

• Prepare detailed operational procedures, manpower schedules, and progress reports.

• Draft project-related correspondence and submit regular updates to the Head Office.

• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of dredgers and ancillary crafts.
