Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel, Building & Construction Materials

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor`s degree in civil engineering from reputed university with 5 years of professional experience/ Diploma in Civil with 10 years of professional experience.

• Backgrounds in the Real Estate Industry will get preference.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.

• Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.

• Supervise day-to-day construction work at the site and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.

• Monitor and ensure the proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works as per design.

• Estimate and submit PR & SPR.

• Ensure materials workmanship and use are as per design specifications.

• Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and labor to prevent wastage.

• Coordinate timely availability of materials and drawings to ensure uninterrupted work.

• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and work effectively.

• Contractor bill check.

• Prepare and send daily site reports to head office.
