Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (Civil) in (DUET, KUET, RUET, CUET or reputed University).

• At least 10 years

• Age 40 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Industrial Building.

• Should have a sharp knowledge of RSC, Nirapon, DIFE, Structural design, plumbing drawing, etc.

• Should have sound knowledge of Fair face building experience, quality control, safety security, and project management system of high-rise buildings having multiple basements.

• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.

• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.

• Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control.

• Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.

• Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill.

• Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings Have to take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.

• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control. Have more knowledge about civil construction- garments factory of RSC’s Compliance Certificate and have to give more time at sight office.
