Responsibilities & Context:

1.Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; Following up on work results.

2.Developing store strategies to raise customers pool,expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

3.Meeting Sales goals by training, motivation, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.

4.Ensuring high-level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 

5.Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

6.Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

7.Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build Career path.

8.Deal all issues that arise from staff or customers.

9.Prepare periodical budget, schedule expenditure; analyze variance; initiate corrective action.

10.Ensure availability of merchandise and service by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.

11.Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulations.

12.Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.

13.Secure merchandise by implementing security systems & measures. 14.Maintain the stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. 

15.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 16.Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.

17.Work with vendors and manufactures to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor & store windows.

18.Manage stock levels & make key decisions about stock control.

19.Analyze & interpret trends to facilitate sales planning.

20.Perform with full of dedication & confidence.

21.Easily adaptable in the new work environment.

22.Being friendly, going the extra mile & working in a team is necessary for the environment.

23.Can work and cooperate with Area manager.
