Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
∎ Coordinating well corporate manner and Acts as a liaison between the Team Members and Management Members.
∎ Meeting with team members to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Establishing effective communication plans and ensuring their (Team Members) right execution.
∎ Maintains an understanding of the organization and resources available to successfully plan work details and schedule resources to meet target quantity.
∎ Coordinates multiple activities, set priorities, and provides direction to others.
∎ Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
∎ Maintains an understanding of the industry-wide changes and trends of technology developments and applications.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned to continually develop leadership skills.
∎ Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
∎ Prepared to work in different shifts including Night Shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Good at problem solving skills and self-study skills as well as learn new skills in a time sensitive environment.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports and ability to adopt new technologies.
∎ Ability to work in roaster duty (3 Shift).
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in for Overseas Conversation or Meeting.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending on experience.
