Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Supervision: Oversee all production activities during their shift, ensuring that production targets are met and the process runs smoothly.
∎ Team Management: Manage and supervise the production team, including assigning tasks, providing direction, and addressing any issues.
∎ Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring that it meets specified standards.
∎ Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.
∎ Machine wise performance: Ensuring the maximum output as per machine capacity.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, ensuring that sufficient supplies are available for production and placing orders as needed.
∎ Communication: Maintain communication with other departments and the shift manager to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, quality control results, and maintenance logs.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
