Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Engineer ( Private University) /Graduate/Diploma in Textile / B.Sc from public institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have ability to work under pressure.
∎ To supervise NIGHT SHIFT manufacturing process
∎ To have good presentation & communication skills.
∎ Able to run 1800 kg/24 hrs. production.
∎ To have very good idea about SCLAVOS m/c technology.
∎ To have very good idea about color matching.
∎ To do recipe formulation and process optimization.
∎ To have the ability to run night shift individually.
∎ To follow up daily production of full unit.
∎ Capable to solve the production related problem individually.
∎ Monitor all compliance issues in floor.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management & sound knowledge about different audits.
∎ Self-motivated.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Relevant training and expertise in the field
∎ To have good computer literacy
