Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make layout plan according to line bulletin sheet.
∎ Prepare machine to changing needles, thread, oiling, changing bobbin, and securing attachments.
∎ Ensure all machine guide and folder before start the layout/bulletin published.
∎ Production monitoring and achieve the line target.
∎ Read and verify pattern accuracy.
∎ Performs preventive maintenance on sewing equipment.
∎ Train operator to enhance good skill.
∎ Follow up every hour's production.
∎ Productivity must be improvement.
∎ Ensure proper layout according to standard target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of hand on experience in Knit & woven items in reputed Garments factories
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment and set target.
