∎ At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in production (sewing).
∎ At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in production (sewing).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the department head (equivalent to AGM position), taking full responsibility for the seamless sewing operations and production targets.
∎ Oversee and manage the sewing line capacity, ensuring all lines are fully operational with no idle time.
∎ Provide leadership to the team, driving performance, production efficiency, and overall production quality.
∎ Lead the subcontract marketing efforts to maintain continuous workflow and production capacity.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production needs and goals with overall business objectives.
