Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and system security.
∎ Resolve technical issues related to LAN, WAN, wireless, and other network systems.Manage and administer network equipment, including routers, switches, and access points.
∎ Manage and maintain administrative security compliance tools, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Endpoint Security Systems.
∎ Implement, configure, and maintain IT network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, IPSec, and SD-WAN.Administer and maintain corporate email systems.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot email delivery issues, latency, and blacklisting problems.
∎ Configure and manage VPNs, IDS/IPS, and DDoS protection to ensure network security.Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve IT-related issues.Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
∎ Administer DNS and Active Directory environments, including user creation, deletion, modification, and implementation of various group policies.
∎ Support the management of Windows/Linux-based servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud environments.
∎ Oversee the management and maintenance of printers, scanners, CCTV systems, PBX, IP phones, and attendance devices.
∎ Manage backup solutions for laptops, desktops, and servers to prevent data loss.Assist users in accessing shared data and optimizing storage management.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure their proper usage.
