Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring, developing, and following up on the overall internal control system, risk analysis, audit plan, and execution of textile-related processes.
Payroll audit (textile), including extra OT, off-day allowance, final settlement, complaint salary, monthly production bonus, and inspirational allowance.
Monitoring the overall process of touch-up work and ensuring SOP compliance; monitoring the issuance of various Mushak forms in case of shipment and sub-contracting.
Overall monitoring of seamless and washing (from an audit perspective), including periodic reconciliation and process loss analysis from batch to shipment.
Checking and verifying different bills, conducting periodic inventory audits, and handling other assignments.
