Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location : Chittagong (Karnaphuli EPZ)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan overall production effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and monitor daily production plans and targets through Supervisors.
- Oversee production floors, ensuring process improvements for higher efficiency.
- Supervise and guide line administration, operator training, and line setup.
- Ensure Supervisors understand production systems, layouts, and output monitoring.
- Maintain equipment through regular repair and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure floor discipline, cleanliness, and problem-solving on production issues.
- Address worker complaints or suggestions promptly with management.
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets.
