Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Sewing Section. The manager maintenance is mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall sewing function.
∎ Job location will Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sewing modules look well aligned, clean, and visible and have sufficient space to move about. Lock after the overall sewing processes as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain Shipment schedule. Lighting at needle point looks sufficient. Supervises the quality of garments
∎ Maintains the floor discipline and ensure the cleanliness of floor
∎ To maintain register and records.
∎ Take necessary steps at once to solve any problem derived the finishing section.
∎ Any other works as and when required by production Manager.
∎ Work stations are ergonomic. Capability: 1. Good Organizer.
∎ Capable to supervise, guide, control and motivate the workers.
∎ Capable to handle complete sewing garments all Activities.
∎ Well experienced about quality garments.
∎ Operation wise hourly production & price knowledge.
∎ Capable to maintain all types of sewing Quality Goods.
∎ Sewing staff accompanying evaluator in the walk through are helpful and keen to make any minor changes, on the spot.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 Years of experience in a large reputed garments factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sewing/ Floor in charge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
