∎ Proactively engage with members and guests to anticipate their needs.
∎ Service Operations & Quality Control:
∎ Maintain impeccable hygiene, ambiance, and comfort in all areas of the co-working space.
∎ Work closely with experience coordinators, hosts and other teams to uphold service quality.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of guest service across all branches.
∎ Team Coordination & Training
∎ Train hosts and staff on hospitality etiquette and service excellence.
∎ Conduct regular service quality checks to ensure flawless execution.
∎ Work closely with the Customer Experience and Admin teams to maintain service consistency.
∎ Beverage & Refreshment Service Management
∎ Ensure the beverage service meets high standards, maintaining best hospitality practices for guest experience.
∎ Monitor guest preferences and provide top-notch beverage service.
∎ Coordinate with pantry staff to maintain premium beverage options.
∎ Continuous Improvement of Guest Experience
∎ Continuously develop new ideas and innovative ways to enhance the guest experience
∎ Research and introduce new service trends, premium amenities, and hospitality innovations to elevate the guest experience.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to develop unique service offerings, ensuring Moar stays ahead in delivering a world-class co-working experience.
