Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management, Technical Lead (Software)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A 10 year contractual position, renewal yearly depending on performance.
∎ Supervision of the Service and Maintenance processes and teams in Bangladesh, reporting to the Overall Service Manager in Germany and the Customer on SLAs and incident resolution.
∎ Managing the SLA, identification of potential for improvement of the Service and Maintenance processes, implementation of process improvements.
∎ Close cooperation with the local suppliers of standard HW and SW, and the suppliers Service and Maintenance team.
∎ Close cooperation with the suppliers of other locally supplied equipment.
∎ Supervision of the local HelpDesk and local 2nd level Support team.
∎ Close cooperation with the Overall Service Manager, technical team and 3rd level support personnel for the specific IT solutions.
∎ Setup, operation and supervision of the Incident and Asset Management system, generation of regular reports on incident resolution and SLAs.
∎ Evaluation and classification of incidents, events, problems and service requests.
∎ Coordination of Service and Maintenance activities throughout Bangladesh sites and Diplomatic Foreign Missions, and participate in Site Acceptance Tests and Operations Acceptance tests.
∎ Supervision of local and remote Spare Parts and Consumables stock.
∎ Close cooperation with and supporting Overall Service Manager on different Service and Maintenance topics.
∎ -Solving of incidents.
∎ Scheduling of the preventive and corrective maintenance activities together with Overall Service Manager.
∎ Fulfilment of the contracted tasks of subcontractors and service partners.
∎ Overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Reporting of problems and changes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High degree of Customer Orientation and intercultural Competence.
∎ ITIL & Project Management Certification (GPM, IGMA, PMI) is preferable.
