Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responds to request for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email.
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
∎ Advise user on appropriate actions.
∎ Follow standard help desk procedures.
∎ Log all help desk interactions.
∎ Administer help desk software.
∎ Redirect problems to correct resources.
∎ Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
∎ Track and route problems and request and document resolution.
∎ Prepare activity report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Help Desk experience
