Job Context:
∎ As a Sales Manager, having experience in Trusted ID and eGovernment projects, you will actively plan and execute efficient media campaigns and build marketing strategies for product launch support and seasonal promotions that drive customer acquisition for the organization.
∎ The ability to drive a high-volume of quality output, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
∎ The ideal candidate for this position will have demonstrated experience leading teams of engineering professionals in an enterprise setting. Responsible for cross-functional management of specific application(s) or solution(s) to achieve business goals. Uses technical and industry experience to formulate engineering/ solution strategies. Works across functional areas to implement strategies. Works with product development leaders in engineering/ business teams to ensure customer needs and requirements are represented. Decisions may impact overall business but are mainly related to the product team or work area. Provides authoritative advice to management based on deep subject matter expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Self-confidence dealing with government officers and international stakeholders.
∎ Set up and execute marketing strategies employing a sound understanding in IT Product(s) and Solution(s).
∎ Skillfully execute digital marketing plans on social networking platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Linked in, Microblogging (Twitter, Tumblr), Photo sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest), vlogging or video posting (YouTube, Facebook Live etc.), and CDM/email marketing, etc.
∎ Define and analyze key metrics that measure and benchmark success.
∎ Manage the continued improvement of tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics, including ROI.
∎ Support the branding strategies of the organization and omni-channel promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition for the organization.
∎ Establish and maintain automated reporting and optimization processes. Provide performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
∎ Generate new ideas to create Banners, Images, Video Clip, Promotions etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media and Email Marketing
∎ Ensure accurate and optimized information on company pages (Google, Facebook, etc.)
∎ Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Content readability test site, Keyword planner and other relevant sites, drive traffic to company pages to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Coordinate with other cross-functional professionals to leverage relationships and establish best practices for branding and marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure smooth operation and support (service request, technical support, incident & problem management), system availability in accordance with agreed solutions and management reporting.
∎ Do necessary planning applications, infrastructure & team.
∎ Do periodic planning, proactive risk & issue management, and cross-project dependencies.
∎ Ensure compliance with controls, policies and procedures as per auditors and monitor's recommendations.
∎ Responsible for team and delivery efficiency, improve work culture and engagement.
∎ Lead resource forecasting, planning.
∎ Coordinate with developer teams to ensure proper requirement analysis to achieve business goals.
∎ Lead business requirement elicitation gathering and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
