Responsibilities & Context:

Palki Matchmaking Ltd., the leading marriage media in Bangladesh, is looking for a dedicated and friendly Female Customer Service Executive to join our office team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in matchmaking services using our specialized computer systems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update client profiles and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build long-term relationships.

  • Coordinate with team members to provide seamless matchmaking and customer support.

  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
