Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide technical support for photocopiers and printers as per customer-specific SLAs. Handle on-site diagnostics, repairs, and installations. 

  • Must have experience in field support and Managed Print Services (MPS), including troubleshooting and maintenance of multi-brand printers and MFPs.

  • Follow up on repeat calls and implement solutions to permanently resolve recurring issues.

  • Manage parts requisitions and maintain accurate inventory records for assigned machines, including field "trunk stock." 

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MFPs, photocopiers, and printers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 

  • Communicate service status and updates to customers, addressing any additional concerns they may have with the product.

  • Lead a small team, manage service distribution, and complete necessary training on the latest MFP and printer technologies.

  • Complete all service call documentation, including invoices and reports, and maintain daily service tracking.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding invoices according to the customer’s payment terms.

  • Provide support to the sales team with leads, technical advice, and identifying problem accounts during service calls.
